On the 1st Sunday of each month we get together for tea and to discuss the chosen book; light refreshments served. The next month's book will be chosen at the end of the meet up (participants will be able to contribute a book selection).

Every last Sunday of the month we will be holding a family yoga class so the adults AND kids (5+) can have some family time on the mat together. This class is a mix of yoga poses, breath exercises, games and most importantly...FUN! Sign your family up TODAY! Space is limited and will fill up fast.
November: Yoga with Weights
Join us for an All Levels Yoga Flow class that incorporates hand held weights into select yoga poses. Light weights are offered and using them is optional. This class is a mix of strengthening and stretching.
After class, light refreshments will be served and students 21+ are welcome to BYOB and stay for some social time!
