Join us for an evening of yoga by candle light. Class will be a relaxing, gentle movement class. Students at home can create a relaxing space with candles, salts lamps etc.
In studio students, please be sure to bring any props (blanket/bolster) that you would like to use in class.

Join us for 1 or all 3 of our Deepening Yoga Practice workshops with instructor Eva R. We will cover anatomy related to each theme and perform drills to assist in deepening your current practice. Informational packets for class will be provided to follow along, and to take notes on yogic philosophy and connection between the chakras as they pertain to the class. Each session will include demonstrations, individual guidance and will finish with a yoga flow that is suitable for all levels.

Join us for a 90 minute Yin Yoga session with instructor Carlie P. Yin yoga is a physical practice in which the body weight and gravity is used to ease bones away from bones. As we age, our joints and tendons harden and dry out, lessening our mobility. Yin yoga “stresses” tendons and fascia by holding poses for long periods of time, therefore counteracting the affects of aging by lubricating the joints. This meditative, slow moving practice is perfect for winter as we gather our resources for upcoming spring. Students should have 2 blocks (or props) and 1 or 2 blankets for class.

90 minute Yin Yoga
Every last Sunday of the month we will be holding a family yoga class so the adults AND kids (5+) can have some family time on the mat together. This class is a mix of yoga poses, breath exercises, games and most importantly...FUN! Sign your family up TODAY! Space is limited and will fill up fast.
Every month we offer a First Friday Fitness & Fun class. During this pandemic the class will be offered online and in studio. No refreshments served in studio, BYOB. After class students can stay on their mat/logged into Zoom for some social time. Class cards can be used as no refreshments will be served.
