60 Days to Better Self 2.0!

Every last Sunday of the month we will be holding a family yoga class so the adults AND kids (5+) can have some family time on the mat together.  This class is a mix of yoga poses, breath exercises, games and most importantly...FUN!     Sign your family up TODAY!  Space is limited and will fill up fast.

Every 1st Friday of the month we offer a fitness and fun night!  The evening consist of a different style fitness class each month.  After class students are invited to stay for refreshments and social time.  Students 21+ are welcome to BYOB.

Chair Yoga

Want to improve your posture and breathing? Restore and maintain your mobility and balance? Increase mental, physical and spiritual awareness...All while having fun? This Chair is for you! We will move through poses to strengthen and stretch your body while seated in a chair or using chair for support. 

Regardless of age, chair yoga provides the same benefits

of a traditional yoga practice.
