Every 1st Friday of the month we hold a Fitness & Fun night.  Each month is a different fitness class.

Om My Gong returns with an incredible evening of relaxation.   A Sound Journey is a listening experience that helps to create a path toward meditative stillness.  Breathe relax, listen: singing bowls, gongs and sound bath.

1st Friday Fitness & Fun

Every last Sunday of the month we will be holding a family yoga class so the adults AND kids (5+) can have some family time on the mat together.  This class is a mix of yoga poses, breath exercises, games and most importantly...FUN!     Sign your family up TODAY!  Space is limited and will fill up fast.

Join us for a creative workshop to build your own Tree of Life.  Students will be provided with a brief discussion of properties of Amethyst and Lapis for the tree. Step by step instructions and hands on assistance will be provided to create an individual tree. All Levels Welcome. All materials will be provided.  Led by Tanya B.
