Join us for a 45 minute gentle yoga class held in the Salt Cave at the Himalayan Salt & Wellness Cave (4671 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square). Class will end with a long savasana so students can enjoy time relaxing in the serenity of the cave.

Bring your significant other out for a couples yoga class to start the festivities for Valentine's Day. This is a 1 hour All- Levels class that will involve stretching and working with your partner in certain poses. Space is limited so reserve your spot today! After class students are welcome to stay for light refreshments. BYOB

Every last Sunday of the month we will be holding a family yoga class so the adults AND kids (5+) can have some family time on the mat together. This class is a mix of yoga poses, breath exercises, games and most importantly...FUN! Sign your family up TODAY! Space is limited and will fill up fast.

February: Cardio Kickboxing with Gina P.
Every 1st Friday of the month we hold a Fitness & Fun night. Each month is a different fitness class.
Cardio Kickboxing is a total body workout. You will punch, kick, lunge and stretch in this upbeat class. Low and high impact options available. No equipment necessary.
The evening includes a 45 min Cardio Kickboxing class followed by refreshments. Students(21+) are welcome to BYOB.

Yoga in the
Salt Cave Returns
Join us for a 45 minute Barre Booty Burn class followed by a delicious brunch. Students are are welcome to BYOB for a fun Brunch! Juice will be served. This package is for the class AND the brunch. Students 21+ can BYOB.
For Galentine’s Day you’re invited to bring a small gift ($10 limit) to exchange and everyone will get to take home a present.
We will tap into the divine wisdom we hold within and activate energy; clearing stagnant energy we perceive as blocks. Moving the body through yogic practice and breath will align you in the spiritual awareness. This workshop is a mix of Meditation, Journal writing and Affirmation. Led by Eva R.
On the 1st Sunday of each month we get together for tea and to discuss the chosen book. The next month's book will be chosen at the end of the meet up.
